Project Management and Tracking with ACT2
Accurate has established high standards and methods of operation to assure you of a consistent, quality product. The centerpiece of our operations is our proprietary computerized central tracking system ACT2, (Accurate Central Tracking System).
A typical project will have many steps, several revisions, dozens of pieces to manage and tight deadlines. How are we able to manage so many projects with so many variables? Organization is the key. ACT2 keeps a record of the status of each project step-by-step:
- where we are in the schedule,
- who did what,
- when was each step accomplished, and

- gives us a printed job status/history report at the touch of a button, and
- keeps a running tab on all activities per project.

Our Quality Control Process
At accurate, quality control is a way of life. It’s critical to the overall success of projects. No work—whether it’s written text, a design or layout, or other production element—goes out the door without a second person reviewing it. Our “second set of eyes” policy is your assurance of a hassle-free, quality product.
Our File Protection System
File management and archiving is critical in this business. All Accurate’s equipment is linked to an internal server with double backup safeguards and offsite storage for enhanced security. Onsite backups are executed every night and offsite backups are performed weekly. At the completion of your project, all files are provided to you in your desired format and stored both on and off-site.
